Return Policy
At MyZenita, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item to us.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened food supplements or those with a broken safety seal
- Opened or used cosmetics
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact.myzenita@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will cover the return shipping costs and proceed with an exchange or a full refund.
