General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order.

- The product must be in its original packaging.

- It must be intact and unused.

- Opened or altered products cannot be returned.

To initiate a return:

product details.

2. We will provide you with instructions and the return address.

3. Keep proof of shipment until the return is confirmed.

For hygiene and safety reasons, **food supplements, cosmetics, and opened products cannot be returned**.

- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
